WINE DESCRIPTION: I.G.T. Toscana Vermentino. Bottles produced: about 800, Vines: Vermentino 100 %, Alcohol: 14 %, Total acidity: 6 gr / l, PH: 3,5. L’ETRANGE is made from two different clones of Vermentino, a Corsican clone and a Tuscan clone, from two vineyards with these features: West and South-West exposed, Clavey/peebly soil, Age of vineyards: 9 years, Training system: Guyot, Density: 5000 vines / Ha, Selected manual gathering of the grapes, Pruning: end of February, early March. Vinification: Once clarified to 3/5 ° C, the must is put in a tank with completely intact grapes (ratio 2/3 must - 1/3 grapes) with no added sulfites and fermentation takes place spontaneously and without temperature control.
